For holiday rental hosts
Your ads follow your calendar. On their own.
LocaBoost reads your calendars, spots the nights still free, and advertises your listings during those periods. When the place fills up, the ad stops. When a booking falls through, it starts again. You do nothing.
One week of calendar, and what the robot does with it
What everyone else leaves you to do by hand
Everywhere else, you watch your own calendar, start the ad on the right day, and remember to stop it once you're full. Forgetting to stop it costs money; forgetting to start it loses money. Here, a robot handles it, every hour.
It looks seven days ahead
Early enough for Facebook to review and deliver, and for a traveller to make plans. The day before is too late.
It ignores single nights
One night wedged between two bookings almost never sells. Paying to advertise it is paying for nothing. It needs at least two nights in a row.
It doesn't make your ads flicker
Half a day's rest between decisions. Every restart sends a campaign back into Facebook's learning phase — exactly when your money buys the least visibility.
It never overrides you
An ad you paused stays paused. It can only undo its own decisions, never yours.
It tells you what it did, in plain words
“Restarted automatically: one free two-night slot in the next seven days.” With the date. No black box.
Smart advertising is a choice, never a surprise: you turn it on campaign by campaign, and an ordinary ad stays ordinary.
How it works
- 1
You describe your places
Photos, price, description. Each place has its own page, and that is what travellers see when they click your ad.
- 2
You connect your calendars
Your availability follows the platforms you already use. That is how the robot knows what is still left to sell.
- 3
You launch, it handles the rest
You choose the places, the city, the dates and the budget. Interested travellers message you on Messenger or on your WhatsApp.
Several places in the same city? They should not be fighting over the same travellers.
A separate campaign per place is the costliest mistake — and the one you cannot see. They target the same city, the same audience, and push up your own price. LocaBoost brings them together into a single city group.
- They bid against each other: you pay more for the same audience.
- None reaches Facebook's learning threshold — around fifty results, counted per ad set.
- With too little signal, each one delivers at random.
- One campaign, one ad set, one ad per place.
- The signal builds up in one place: the ad set actually learns.
- The robot switches each place on and off according to its own calendar.
Spending stays readable place by place: the budget is shared, but Facebook can say what each ad consumed.
All your places in one place
Not just advertising. What it takes to run several rentals without a spreadsheet, a notebook, or hunting for which app you wrote it in.
Your listings
Photos, price, description, city. One page per place — the one travellers see when they click.
Your calendar
All your availability on one screen, synchronised with the platforms you already use.
Your inbox
Conversations opened by your ads, with the relevant place beside them. You know which one they are asking about.
Your ads
What is running, what is idle, what Facebook rejected — and why, in plain words.
Your credit
What you topped up, what is held for running campaigns, and what each place spent month by month.
Your team
An agency can manage listings for several hosts, each one seeing only their own.
A review before the first run
We read the first listings before they go out. That is what protects everyone's delivery.
Pages in the traveller's language
The site and your listing pages appear in French, English, Arabic or Spanish, depending on who opens them.
What it looks like
Two screens from the application, untouched.

Screenshots from a demonstration account: the places, the bookings and the amounts are made up.
What is coming
What we are building right now. Nothing in this section is available yet — it is here so you know where the product is heading, not to sell it to you.
The reminder bot
One digest a day: who leaves tomorrow, where cleaning is needed, which arrival is coming. A checklist, not one more alert.
Public pages and booking requests
A public page per place, where the traveller asks for their dates directly — connected to your calendar.
Day-by-day spending
The fine curve, rather than the month's total alone.
Reorganising a group
Removing a place from an ad group without having to rebuild the whole group.
What it costs
There is no subscription: you top up an advertising credit, in dirhams, and you only spend what the advertising actually consumes.
A campaign's floor. Below it, Facebook will not deliver.
The first top-up. After that, whatever amount you like.
No subscription and no commitment: whatever was not spent stays on your credit.
We earn a commission on what you consume, never on what you top up. Its rate and the exchange rate used are shown to you before you approve a campaign, and are frozen at that moment: a later change does not affect a campaign already approved. Whatever was not spent goes back to your credit.
Your spending stays available at any time, place by place. The terms of service describe this mechanism in full.
Who is behind LocaBoost
LocaBoost is published by WEBVOICE, a company established at 29 rue Amr Ibn Ass, 3rd floor no. 26, Tangier, Morocco. We build and run the platform ourselves.
We are neither a travel agency nor a rental intermediary: we do not market our clients' places and take no commission on their bookings. Each host sees only their own places, their own ads and their own conversations.
